Agadir has truly come of age and has taken its place among the best short-haul sun resorts. Agadir, Morocco's most popular and spacious resort is blessed with a beautiful location on ten kilometres of sandy beach on the Atlantic coast. The newly completed 3 kilometre promenade is ideal for a leisurely stroll. A huge array of restaurants and cafes line the main beach area stretching to the new marina. In the evening, join in the local pastime of people watching or sample its fine restaurants or casinos. Situated on the coast, it is 175 km north of Agadir and 157 km west of Marrakech. Marrakech A new highway from Agadir to Marrakech opened in July 2010 which has reduced the transfer time by two hours making this city an ideal option for an exciting one or two week or a twin centre holiday. Even the name evokes excitement - an Imperial city that is a melting pot of cultures, a dizzy, unbelievable throwback to the past. The old city is surrounded by ochre - tinged ramparts and within you will find the most famous square in Morocco, the DJemma El Fna, where at dusk, storytellers, musicians, fortune tellers and food vendors contribute to the spectacle that is Marrakech! The souk here is a labyrinth of interwoven lanes and alleyways, where a tourist guide (for a fee) will take you to places you might not think existed in the modern world. The newer city area is where the majority of the hotels are situated.

Taroudant This
town is nicknamed 'the little Marrakech'. Hidden away behind the pink ramparts of the old walled city is a bustling souk and marketplace, which carries on its trade in exactly the same way as it has done for hundreds of years. The Place Assarag and its tiny cafes is a favourite meeting place for visitors and locals. Ideal as your own remote retreat or part of a twin-centre holiday. Transfer Agadir airport to Taroudant: 55 minutes and Taroudant to Agadir centre approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
